I have an honest and ethical approach to coaching, I believe in coaching and treating each person I coach as an individual, my shoes wouldn't necessarily fit your feet......... I practise within the EMCC's code of ethics, I want to leave the lasting impression that each client I coach has received value in their coaching journey. When coaching takes place, I use a variety of approaches dependant on client requirement and desired learner outcomes, using numerous tools and models relevant to the contracted assignment, these coupled with a deeper level of listening and questioning techniques. I am able to raise self awareness ,also creating self reliance, so dependancy on others or myself is not required in the future.
