Profile
Before becoming a coach I worked for 20 years in IT - in the Civil Service and BT; I was an experienced Systems Analyst, Business Analyst and Requirements Capture Analyst. After graduating with a BA in Psychology I started training as a coach with CTI. I later completed CTI's Certification program (CPCC) and I am accredited as ACC with the ICF. After completing CTI's Leadership Program, I became a Front of Room Leader for CTI and co-lead coach training courses in various locations around Europe. I have also trained in Organisational and Relationship Systems Coaching with CRR and have experience of working with couples. Since mid-2010 I have been training as a Coaching Supervisor with the Coaching Supervision Academy.

Coaching approach
I coach using the Co-active model and my approach is non-directive. In supervision I make use of the 7-eyed model and the CSA Full Spectrum model of coaching supervision.
