I am an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and operate under their Coaching Competencies and Global Code of Ethics. As a certified Positive Psychology Coach* I help my clients reach higher levels of performance by harnessing their strengths and focusing on their wellbeing. I also hold the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring, undergo regular supervision and do extensive CPD to keep my skills up to date. *Positive Psychology Coaching (PPC) is a set of tools and skills based in an empirical body of knowledge that focuses on strengths and wellbeing. PPC supports people to see what is right with them, raise awareness about when they are at their best and then how they can harness this insight to achieve their goals.
