I am a leadership consultant and ILM endorsed trainer, based in Cardiff, UK. My work has two key elements: I train people to become ILM endorsed coaches, coaching supervisors, and action learning facilitators. And: I help leaders develop and thrive, so their success has a positive impact on individuals, teams and communities. I have been part of the coaching and training sector all my working life, so I have a real familiarity with facilitation, coaching, and learning and development techniques. As an ILM Centre, I provide Coaching Training, Action Learning, and Connective Leadership. I am also a Mindfulness Train the Trainer, a Certified Practitioner in NLP, and I hold a Diploma in Organisational Stress Management, as well as an MSc, PGCE and BA Hons. I am passionate about empowering leaders and the people in their teams. My mantra is Empower, Challenge, Support.

I use a combination of coaching, training and leadership techniques according to the situation. These include: Action Learning Facilitation, Active Listening, Cognitive-Behavioural Techniques, Mindfulness, Team Coaching, Collaborative Leadership Techniques. Leaders who work with me are challenged to face difficult situations; enabled to work effectively in collaboration; more productive, focused and forward thinking; supported. Individuals who join me on my training courses are given skills and knowledge that stay with them forever. Many of them then successfully pursue their own careers as coaches and facilitators helping even more people become empowered.
