Alison’s belief in people’s capability builds their confidence, contribution and aspiration. Alison uses techniques that focus on dialogue, drawing, modeling and mapping to generate new perspectives and new thinking. She works with breath, centering, posture and embodiment in order to develop greater awareness, different experiences and insight. She also works with what is happening between her and her clients in a session. Alison's coaching is completely focused on provoking client learning in service of achieving client goals. Her clients comment on her ability to listen and provoke insight; that she stretches them beyond their “comfort zone”; asking “extremely challenging questions".
