I have had extensive training in coaching approaches and techniques including psychological aspects, NLP, Values based coaching. I usually work from an appreciative inquiry perspective working with limiting beliefs from a strengths point of view and use re framing techniques regularly. I tend to let the client, through listening to them, establish the way in which they want me to be as their coach and I then work collaboratively with them on their agenda, I can be challenging of them but always with genuine unconditional positive regard. I am flexible in approach and also an avid learner and find people fascinating this enables me to be highly intuitive in approach and I can quickly get to the real issues for clients and work positively to move them forward.
