Coaching approach
I look at the background and context of coachees - their early life, the 'systems' they are in. My tools are an eclectic mix - I am trained in psychometrics, psychoanalysis, gestalt, nlp, psychology (general), clean coaching & creative coaching. I've had a LOT of experience - over 3,000 hours of coaching senior executives in the worlds best companies. I manage some 46 coaches with world- wide reach. Clients fly me to coach in Russia, Asia, NY & Europe.
