Damion is an experienced executive coach, leadership development consultant, trainer and facilitator utilising a breadth of experience from more than 15 years where he has held various learning and development roles within large blue chip organisations in the financial and professional service sectors. His last role was as Global Learning and Development Manager for a professional services firm supporting 10,000 staff across 40 countries. He is a Director with The Performance Coach and course Director of their MSc in Coaching. Damion holds a MSc in Coaching and Development (Portsmouth University), is a Certified Heartmath 1:2:1 Practitioner, Certified Master Practitioner in NLP and has a Certificate in Training Practice. He is also certified in the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi) and the BarOn Emotional Quotient -360 (EQ-360) tools. MBTi (step one).
