With over 30 years experience in business and more than 12 years in coaching, mainly at BT, I provide both coaching and consultancy in change, leadership and HR/Organisation Development – this combination gives me a deep understanding of the context for coaching and ability to support my clients. I have worked with people throughout the UK and in 17 countries across Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and the US. I am a member of the CIPD, qualified NLP business practitioner, accredited in the use of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and trained in Change First and Accelerating Implementation Management change management methodologies.
