Caroline has over 10 years' experience as a coach to business leaders in the UK, mainland Europe and Asia. She specialises in leadership development and works as an executive coach and team coach / facilitator. She holds a M.A. in Coaching & Mentoring Practice, is an accredited user of MBTI, Strengthscope and several 360 feedback tools. She is a member of the EMCC. She has regular supervision and is committed to continuous professional development. She is the author of the highly acclaimed book ‘Get Ready for Coaching’ and has a deep interest in the area of coachee preparation. Initially working in Operational and General Management, she went on to lead teams in HR, Organisation Development and Leadership Development. She has worked in the technology, engineering, retail, leisure, and hospitality industries and worked in Global roles at Director level for over 5 years.
