I have been coaching for around 6 years, mostly leadership/executive coaching with small businesses and in large organisations. I hold an ILM Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring and have been a member of the EMCC for around 4 years. I recently became an Accredited EMCC Coach & Mentor - Senior Practitioner Level and I am also an EMCC Assessor. As an HR Director I have worked in finance, law, transportation and the public sector. I'm a Chartered Fellow - Institute of People Management. I also offer on-line interactive coaching as an accredited coach.

I passionately believe that coaching is one of the most effective ways to help people make significant transitions in thinking, attitude and behaviour. To be able to provide a secure environment for busy executives is one of the most valuable aspects of the coaching process. Whether it’s helping a Director to create a vision and strategy for their organisation or a new manager to develop their skills I find coaching very energising.
