I have a Masters degree in Coaching and Development with Distinction, and a Certificate in Coaching Practice. A Senior Visiting Fellow at Cass Business School and a Fellow of the CIPD, I have held senior positions as a learning and development professional in a range of organisations. My work on developing senior leaders led to my being chosen as one of the women who had made a difference to the Civil Service. I have a particular interest in emotional intelligence, and have completed two years in group analysis. I train managers in how to develop a coaching approach, and have published from my research and practice in coaching and coaching supervision.
