What we will do: Focus explicitly on what we can learn, action, and implement. Include what's implicit or just beneath the surface. Use awareness, intuition, body senses, and a relational process. Make use of powerful and challenging questions, metaphor and other creative methods to shift awareness. When they come, capture deep insights to support you. Look at your situation and the context(s) that you are bringing. Use different perspectives to better understand the situation. Take a compassionate stance. Work in ways that allow you to find new core learning for yourself every session. Find deep learning that counts and endures over time.
