I have worked in local government for over 30 years firstly as a teacher and then as a manager. I am a qualified teacher with post qualifying degrees and an OU educational management diploma.I studied the ILM level 7 Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring course. I am also currently completing a post graduate course in coaching and mentoring for educational leaders. I am committed to the notion of well being. I work as a volunteer for Teahcers Support Cymru. I am also studying hypnotherapy and have completed half of the required modules.

I bring to my coaching a unique blend of skills and approaches which I have taken a lifetime to acquire together with a creative and enthusiastic warm approach. The training I have undertaken has offered a framework for this. I consider myself an holistic coach. I do not use any one approach responding intuitively to where you are and what I think will help you progress, individually tailoring this to meet individual needs.
