I have been a qualified coach since 1999 and have been running my own business since 1998. I also have an Honours Degree in Psychology, an MBA, I am a certified and qualified INLPTA and ANLP NLP Trainer. I am qualified in a variety of psychometrics such as FIRO-B, MBTI, DISC, Total SDI. I am also qualified in Neuroscience, Personal Branding, colour and style coaching.

My approach to coaching is to help all my clients, whether 1-2-1 or team clients to achieve higher levels of performance in both their personal and professional lives. My clients tell me my coaching helps them to be more confident in a variety of circumstances such as public speaking, leading and managing teams and gaining a better sense of self. I help small business owners particularly with growing their businesses and reaching more of a global stage by delivering effective presentations. Plus I train and coach people to become qualified coaches.
