Anji is an experienced learning and development specialist and a passionate advocate of transformational learning for her clients and their businesses. As an accredited business mentor and coach she has found that it is these particular skills that are the most successful in facilitating personal and business change. Since 1995 she has coached and mentored 300+ business managers, entrepreneurs and small business owners like herself on a 1:1 basis as well as earning appropriate recognised credentials to underpin her own professional development and raising a family. Anji holds a MA in HRD, a B.Ed degree and teaching certificate and the credential of Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation. She is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development. Anji gained international managerial experience in the tour operating business and created a qualification for staff with City & Guilds and the ABTA National Training Board for whom she became an adviser. Initially consulting in the travel & leisure industry, she then expanded her client base into retail and financial services offering management development and training programmes for all levels of staff. Her first job was as a primary teacher in Leicestershire.
