Angie Ingman

Profile

Angie is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a strong commercial sales background who founded Framework Business Consultancy Limited in 2005. She attained an MSc in Occupational Psychology and is registered with the HCPC. She has a Diploma in Business Coaching and works as an executive coach with individuals and teams. Angie is accredited to use both ability and various personality tests. She works in both private and public sectors, with clients in the UK and the Middle East. Angie provides organisational change solutions, utilising recruitment, assessment, training, coaching, talent management and leadership development tools. She is a tutor on a Masters course with the University of Leicester. Angie also works as a volunteer with the DOP, supporting psychologists with personal development opportunities and as a Supervisor for trainees undertaking Chartership status.

Coaching approach

I am a Chartered psychologist so I believe in evidence-based research methods, therefore I use a variety of models, methods and techniques depending on the objectives and needs of my clients. I am accredited in a variety of personality questionnaires which I may use as a starting point for discussion. I prefer face-to-face individual coaching but am happy to use telephone or Skype if required. My approach to coaching is a non-directive one, however I challenge my clients in a professional manner in order to empower people by facilitating personal growth and improved performance, consciously being focused on moving the coachee forward. I am bound by my personal and professional ethics and I attend supervision groups in order to build on my skills.
