Angela is an independent consultant working as a trainer and professional coach-mentor. From an HR Client Services and Management Development background working with high profile private and public organisations, she established an L & D Consultancy – Elements People Development Solutions.. Specific expertise in high performance leadership, building management capability, coach mentoring teams and individuals and training coaches. Angela is a Fellow of the CIPD and has an Advanced Diploma in Coach-Mentoring at Masters Level. She designs bespoke development programmes, as well as delivering accredited qualification courses. Among other roles Angela is a Faculty coach-mentor with The OCM, UK leaders in accredited coaching skills to post graduate level.
