This might take you in many directions: - discovering or rediscovering your core values - tapping into your strengths while also being aware of your areas of improvement - finding what your passions are, what your purpose is - finding what drives and motivates you All this I see as inevitably linked to a deep exploration of self, to heightening self-awareness and to working with emotions. I encourage acknowledging emotions in coaching, being with them, hearing their message, and finding out how to handle them in a way that's useful to you.
