Amanda possesses a huge toolkit of psychometric profiles, models, techniques and processes thanks to her expertise in management training, NLP, Clean Language, Coach training and her MBA and consultancy experience. She adopts a client-centred approach for coaching and offers the tools she assesses will best help the client to make progress and achieve the desired results. Amanda starts with a contracting and getting to know you session, by the end of which she and the client will agree what they will be working on, for how many sessions and what format they will take. Amanda is flexible regarding format, preferring to ensure that this suits the client and thereby minimises any blocks to change - face-to-face or by telephone, with or without email /text support.
