I am highly skilled EMCC accredited coach (senior practitioner) who enjoys working with individuals at all levels of organisations and from all backgrounds, professions and sectors. I coach in personal development and well-being at work, career and leadership development. I have a deep interest in development of individuals in the workplace and how they embrace their uniqueness, strengths and potential to achieve their goals. This is enhanced by a wealth of experience in human resource and organisational development for more than 25 years up to director level in the NHS (Chartered Fellow, CIPD). Background also includes service redesign and commissioning healthcare services in NHS organisations.
