Lotte is an executive, team and individual coach and leadership development facilitator who is passionate about working with people to explore their potential so they can succeed beyond their wildest dreams, professionally and personally. She is a communications specialist, particularly cross-culturally, helping individuals and teams (often SMT and BoDs) seeking to rapidly establish more efficient and effective channels of communication. Much of her work is in the financial and pharma sectors, with some specialised knowledge of coaching executives who have been involved in a recent M&As. Other coaching includes working with high potentials on leadership programmes. Her pro-bono work includes helping long-term unemployed people establish their own businesses.

My coaching process usually centres around 4 broad steps Listening and mirroring - I listen for what is both said and often what is not being said, sharing my discoveries with my client. Contracting - The focus is on objective setting to create the journey and be clear of what the client wants to achieve. This can change each session and/or involve small steps that contribute to a longer term goal. Development and discovery - I use a range of methodologies and experience in the moment throughout our sessions to help clients learn more about themselves. Evaluation and self-reflection - I encourage developing space and time to review and reflect. At the end of each coaching session, I check in with how the client is progressing. A full review is built in at a mid-way point too.
