Darren is a chartered occupational psychologist specialising in coaching clients across levels and sectors, particularly at middle to senior managerial levels. He is an associate fellow of the British Psychological Society and Member of the Institute of Business Consulting. Darren holds the Certificate in Performance Coaching from the Centre for Coaching and has passed with Merit the Advanced Certificate in Coaching from the CIPD - accredited at senior practitioner level by the EMCC and delivered by the Oxford School of Coaching & Mentoring. Darren is also trained as a coaching supervisor working within the Metropolitan Police Service. Client testimonials are available on request.

As a chartered psychologist Darren uses a holistic approach to coaching which integrates methods from the various strands of psychology. This would typically begin with some form of assessment, gained through either 360 degree feedback or from a range of psychometric instruments which include personality assessment and profiling using Myers Briggs (Steps 1 and 2), the Hogan series (Motives and Values/Personality and Development) as well as other personality measures. A key aspect of the coaching is to clearly specify the goal for the coaching, which is business relevant and integrated into discussion and sponsorship with line management. Darren has worked with clients across sectors, enabling clients to increase confidence and performance using different methods and approaches. He specialises in delivering bespoke client centred coaching.
