Coaching approach

“Coaching without action is just a nice conversation”. Sarah Hardman. Boldy-Go Coaching is a structured programme specifically designed to empower you to take bold action and implement lasting changes. Bold action looks different to different people – what does it look like for you? Based in central London and Oxted, Surrey, where ever possible (and weather permitting) coaching takes place outside in the beautiful city parks, by the river Thames and in the surrey countryside. These environments bring energy and stimulus to our coaching sessions, opening up new perspectives to help you move towards your goals. When it’s not possible to meet face to face coaching can take place with both coach and client on the phone, outside in two separate places. The coaching programme comprises 10-12 sessions over a 6 month period, coaching face-to-face, on the phone or on Skype. Ideally we will meet in person to do your first “Discovery” session; where clients are based further a field (or oversees) this may happen later in the coaching relationship.
