Currently, Roman works as Executive Director and Head Consultant/Coach for a private consulting and training company, TEAM.CZ, s.r.o. Simultaneously, he is the President of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council in the Czech Republic - EMCC Czech. Primarily, he is involved in people development with respect to leadership skills, personal productivity, communication and strategic thinking. As a consultant and facilitator he co-operates in the preparation and management of meetings, focuses on organizational development – definition of strategic frameworks.
