Robyn’s coaching experience has been gained, in the main working with forward thinking companies and PLC’s, primarily on an individual basis and sometimes with an Executive Management team collectively. Coach related qualifications: Association for Coaching (AC) Accredited Coach; Diploma in Life Coaching; Graduate of Tony Robbins Mastery University; INLPTA certified Trainer (International NLP Training Association). General qualifications: Masters in Human Resources Management; BA Hons Degree in Ancient History & Archaeology; qualified to Level B in Occupational Psychometrics and Personality Inventories. Robyn's commercial industry experience is coupled with Continuous Professional Development (CPD) so she's well equipped to understand leadership concepts and practices and challenge beliefs and behaviours to gain new and focused results for senior individuals in their organisations.

Coaching approach

Robyn has an absolute belief in everyone’s ability to develop and achieve sustainable individual and business success in equal measure. She believes that investment in individuals can reap a huge return for organisations in many ways, improved productivity being just one. Robyn combines an enquiring mind with strong listening skills which helps clients get to deeper level issues and understand themselves better. Robyn brings bags of energy and enthusiasm to both coaching and therapeutic relationships, which clients tell her they find motivating and inspirational. However, her objective, across all her work, is to build trust and rapport from the start; creating a safe environment so clients feel able to express their issues and concerns openly.
