Rebecca’s specialism is in Women’s Leadership. She is a graduate of Cambridge University, holds a CPCC professional coaching qualification from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), is a graduate of CTI’s 10-month Co-Active™ Leadership Programme and is a licensed Career Coach. In 2004 she established Move Mountains Coaching & Leadership Development. Alongside this, she is Director of Corporate Programmes & Communications at Aspire (www.aspirecompanies.com), an internationally-recognised leader in executive coaching & leadership development related to women as leaders. Prior to coaching, Rebecca was Head of Consumer Affairs for L’Oréal UK where she led a large team and sat on a divisional Management Committee. Her previous background was in Marketing, primarily managing leading cosmetics brands including Lancôme & Maybelline.
