My coach training has been extensive, having completed courses with Coach U, the Newfield Network, the Academy of Executive Coaching and Newcastle College. I have been coaching Managers, Executives, Managing Directors and Entrepreneurs since 2003. I originally come from a corporate background, and gained an MBA in 2000.

Coaching approach
My approach is dynamic, engaging, supportive and collaborative, whilst at the same time being challenging and open. My aim is to bring more focus and clarification for the coachee and their chosen goals, with a view to energizing them to take actions that will accomplish those goals. I employ different coaching models, including Existential, Gestalt, Solution-focused and Cognitive-Behavioural orientations, according to the context and requirements of the coaching session. I also focus on the immediacy of what is happening between myself and the coachee in the actual session, as a means of bringing 'live' issues into view and thereby promoting lasting transformations at the level of identity.
