Maxine Burrell is an experienced accredited professional coach, chartered accountant and qualified engineer with 15 years global corporate experience including 8 years in blue-chip organisations. Her expertise encompasses culture change, leadership development and coaching, organisational consulting and facilitated learning. In excess of 3000 hours working with professionals, emerging and senior level leaders and entrepreneurs to explore and make sense of the complexities of professional, organisational and personal transitions, supporting them to be more resourceful and access meaningful choices for authentic and adaptive action. She holds an MA in professional coaching with research in entrepreneurial leadership and culture. Maxine is an associate faculty member of i-coach academy.
