A graduate of Coach U, Marianne has coached for over 10 year, delivering 4,000 plus hours of coaching. In 2005 she was awarded the designation Master Certified Coach(MCC) by the ICF. She is director of Firework Coaching Company, training career coaches to deliver her pioneering Firework Programme. She is co-founder of Mirus Coaching for Social Change, offering coaching to human rights activists and social entrepreneurs. Marianne is an experienced mentor coach and author of "So You Want to Become a Coach" and graduate of Coaching Supervision Academy. With 20 years experience as a business owner, coach and consultant, Marianne enjoys working with people at a life and career crossroads. Educated at Edinburgh and East London Universities, Marianne has worked as a writer, research consultant and senior manager. She is the author of the best-selling Office Workers' Survival Handbook.
