My approach to coaching can be summarised as a client-centric approach. This means I advocate no single theoretical coaching model but utilise a wide range of approaches to suit the variety of situations the client can find themselves in. Whilst my approach is essentially holistic and can be termed “Situational Coaching”, I also frame my coaching around the objectives of the coaching sponsor. I focus on the client achieving results and therefore may occasionally take a directive stance to assist the client to move forwards where appropriate and with agreement. I am accredited to utilise a range of psychometric profiling instruments, usage of which are dependent on the needs of the client, the requirements of the sponsor and the culture of the organisation the client is working within.
