My approach to coaching is based on postive regard and a variety of theoretical frameworks such as transactional analysis, NLP, solution focuessed and appreciative inquiry. I use whatever works for the particular client. I draw on my own organisational experience as a senior manager in large complex organisations and a consultant in an SME. My supervision experience developed from being a Relate counselor with group supervision, experience with the Tavistock, Sheffield Hallam and Vaughan College in group dynamics, and completing a certificate in Supervision of coaches at Oxford Brookes.I have been a speaker at international and national conferences and written several articles and book chapters.
