Coaching approach

One of my founding beliefs is that every individual I work with has enormous potential. My approach is pragmatic, collaborative and challenging. I use my extensive business acumen and coaching expertise, together with my awareness of emotional intelligence, to help clients ‘raise the bar’. Key strengths include my ability to quickly develop trust in the relationship together with the quality and focus of our coaching conversations. Clients tell me they appreciate my approachability and the depth, relevance and longevity of the positive impact I have helped them make. I draw from ‘leading-edge’ thinking plus a wide range of established theory from the fields of NLP, psychology and management to develop practices that simply work. Clients include KPMG, WS Atkins, Tesco, DSGi, Johnson & Johnson, BT, Transport for London, Blackwell’s, University of Reading, and QinetiQ
