Coaching approach

Jonathan brings a distinctive versatility to his coaching that can be described as freeform. In essence his coaching is wide-spectrum and responds directly to the Coachee’s agenda and learning style. His approach builds on the understanding that there is nothing intrinsically wrong with the Coachee and that normally functioning people are naturally curious, creative and resourceful and given the right conditions, they can access a powerful drive within that naturally pulls towards growth and wellbeing. Holding the tension between support and challenge, motivation and resistance, this approach is also described as integrated, systemic and pragmatic. By integrating elements that have roots in humanistic psychology and strategic development, and by raising awareness to the whole of one’s self and circumstance, it serves as a catalyst for clarity of vision, direction and practical outcomes.
