Jill is an 'Association for Coaching' Accredited Coach and qualified Coach Supervisor.Additionally she holds Licensed Master Practitioner status with the International Society of NLP, and is a certified Advanced Executive Coach. Accredited by assessment as a Coach for the NHS and within Education, her experience as a public sector Executive Director for many years places her in an ideal situation to support those experiencing career challenges and opportunities at this time. Her desire to continually enhance her learning see her Lecturing at Coventry University on Strategic HRM and Organisational Development to Master level students as well as working with the Universities HRM Applied Action Learning Group which requires a great deal of time investment in ensuring the emergent themes from Coaching and OD are bought to her students notice to enhance their learning as well as her own.

Jill's approach to Coaching and Coach Supervision has been honed by her academic learning and input from leaders in the field; she offers an 'eclectic,person centred and relational approach informed by Gestalt and NLP practices'. Whilst being in possession of a wide variety of Coaching Tools and methodologies, Jill is keen to ensure that a 'one size fits all' approach is not taken, preferring to build the relationship with her client and to allow what is happening in the 'here & now' of the conversation to inform to direction of travel for each intervention. Authenticity in Leadership and Women as Leaders are areas of particular interest as are the emergent thinking around Neuro- Leadership and Metaphysical Coaching seeing these approaches as offering exciting additions to the coaching spectrum. Jill is also accredited to provide a variety of Assessment Tools should they be appropriate.
