Coaching approach

With a passion for facilitating individual & organisational growth and effectiveness, I believe coaching, with its future focus & flexibility of approach, can be invaluable in areas where either long term changes or immediate results are required. Coaching can enable & support individuals to immediately apply new skills and approaches impacting actions and decisions. As a coach I operate as an objective sounding board and maintain clarity of distance allowing me to reflect back and clarify future perspectives and strategies. Providing space & support, I will listen & challenge, using different questioning techniques, providing tools and the right environment for ideas to be explored & expanded, encouraging innovative & lateral thinking processes & holding the individual accountable in order to meet their goals.
