I’m an independent coach and consultant with with over twenty years’ experience working with clients ranging from GSK to Comic Relief. Since I started coaching (helping an FMCG take their top 300 leaders through a new leadership model in 2000) I have drawn extensively on my communication expertise, for example, helping leaders to develop their leadership story and engage their teams more effectively. Much of my coaching involves helping clients build their confidence; articulate their ‘brand’ and develop greater presence, for example when positioning themselves for promotion, or post promotion. I also work on mid/late career transitions; helping people figure out what they want to do with their ‘one wild and precious life’ and then take the actions they need to change jobs or make their work more meaningful.
