Coaching approach

I have a particular expertise in changing behaviour, improving performance, building confident leadership. I am highly trained in the use of a wide variety of coaching models, tools and approaches which have a strong psychological base. She also draws on her business consulting background in change management, which has given her first hand experience of working with directors and senior managers on significant strategic and personal change issues. This is combined with a range of business problem solving and planning tools which together provide a comprehensive approach to facilitating change in behaviour and style.
