I am a highly experienced executive coach working at the CEO, Director and senior manager level since 2003. I help clients become clear, confident and focused, developing their style of leading and building high performance organisations. Coaching approach

I have a particular expertise in changing behaviour, improving performance, building confident leadership. I am highly trained in the use of a wide variety of coaching models, tools and approaches which have a strong psychological base. She also draws on her business consulting background in change management, which has given her first hand experience of working with directors and senior managers on significant strategic and personal change issues. This is combined with a range of business problem solving and planning tools which together provide a comprehensive approach to facilitating change in behaviour and style. My clients say I have a friendly,inquisitive style that enables me to find the heart of an issue in an intelligent, constructive and pragmatic way I build creative partnerships with each client, resulting in new perspectives in how they think, feel and behave.
