I am a very experienced coach who is passionate about using coaching as a tool to unlock great performance in individuals and teams. I am first and foremost a coaching practitioner who believes that training should be easily transferable to the workplace and is committed to providing ongoing support to clients to ensure that this is truly the case. I have a Master’s degree in Education specialising at this level in Educational Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching and Development. I am a qualified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practioner. As a Senior Partner at Zest Business Coaching, developing confidence and change management are my particular areas of focus currently. I am an accredited tutor for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) to Level 7 of their Coaching and Mentoring programmes and a member of the CIPD.

Coaching approach

As a business coach, my approach is to work collaboratively with clients to develop self-awareness, so enhancing personal and team performance and helping to create personal and organisational transformation. My coaching style enables organisations to unlock the creative potential within their teams to allow them to address more effectively the challenges businesses are facing today. My experience in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development facilitates my clients in reaching and executing their professional goals generating fast and sustainable success. On a more individual level, I am researching and coaching in the area of change mangement, with regard to professional change (redundancy, transition etc.) and personal change (retirement, divorce etc.).
