Coaching approach

Edwina works creatively with clients to support dynamic change in complex situations, by bringing authenticity, balance and the ability to connect. She has a naturally empathic style and has been described as "a great person to open up to" as well as "an expert and inspirational facilitator". She brings pragmatism, enthusiasm and a sense of humour to the coaching process, and has the knack of getting to the root of complex and paradoxical issues quickly, coupled with a subtle yet robust resolve that enables her to challenge limiting patterns of thought and behaviour. Having worked with leaders in a variety of organisational cultures, she has a keen understanding of the political dimensions of organisational life, and draws on an eclectic range of coaching techniques, depending on the needs of her clients, to support lasting changes in behaviour.
