My approach is primarily evidence based the cognitive behavioural models of coaching blended with elements of NLP & person centred counselling. I endeavour to apply social cognitive psychology to coaching to enhance, self efficacy, learning & development of clients within a goal focused environment. I have special interest in career & work based coaching helping both individuals and organisations reach their potential and goals. I also have particular interest in people working from home or from a home base.
