Christine Alexander-Smith PCC CPCC Christine Alexander-Smith is the director of the Diversity Coaching Initiative. She actively works with individuals specifically women and teams within STEM and SET organisations around the topic of Career Development, Employee Engagement which includes Diversity and Inclusion. The last 8 years Christine has been designing and delivering learning and development solutions, executive and career development, emotional intelligence initiatives with great success for blue chip organisations who wish to attract and retain female employees. Christine provides practical solutions for developing productivity, confidence and careers, through her coaching programmes and workshops. My coaching approach is to create an amazing thinking environment for my clients to think through their challenges. I ask incisive questions and challenge my clients assumptions, I do this by listening intently what they say and clarifying with questions. If needs be, I can be directional, but in the main I believe my clients are naturally creative and whole, and are able to find the right answers with help with my questions. I also help my clients generate new ideas or perspectives, giving advice only if asked. My job is to inspire and support my clients so they can fly....
