I am an Executive Coach and mediator with over twenty years of experience in issues, crisis and reputation management. I qualified as a Business Coach with Meyler Campbell in 2014, prior to which I was a Board Director at Regester Larkin (now owned by Deloitte) where I advised international organisations in highly regulated industries (healthcare, energy and professional services) on issues and crisis management. I am accredited as a mediator by CEDR and am qualified to deliver MBTI, Firo-B, SDI, Hogan, ESCI and TKI. I am also a mental health first aider.

My coaching approach is based on my experience working with leaders and teams making decisions under intense professional and personal scrutiny. I am honest and direct whilst ensuring my clients feel supported and listened to. I am known for my calm, warmth and ability to swiftly build trust in situations where my clients may feel vulnerable. I'm very comfortable coaching around the grittier issues of people management and behaviour that are often the root cause of my client’s challenges and which, when resolved, free them up to focus on the parts of their role that give them professional satisfaction and personal confidence.
