A qualified executive coach and management training consultant currently working with managers and senior leaders across a range of international companies. An MBA with twenty five years experience as a senior executive manager for several major multinational organisations. Proven track record in a series of challenging roles in finance, marketing and general management. For the last ten years I have been a consultant for the leading management training company in Europe, with responsibility for management training, account management, and business development. I am currently combining my training activities with the role of an independent executive coach specialising in leadership and management development.

My coaching approach is strongly goal orientated, guiding the individual on a journey of increasing self-awareness, in order to adapt behaviour to improve performance in the targeted areas. My style of coaching is highly experiential and tailored to the needs of the learner. This is based on my underlying value of genuine interest in the development of others, and is fundamental to the way that I conduct my coaching practice.
