STUDY: SLEEPING IN LEADS TO INCREASED ALERTNESS

If you’re wondering how you or your clients can boost alertness in the morning, a study confirms the benefits of a longer than normal sleep the night before, and also suggests eating a breakfast high in carbohydrates, and increasing physical activity the day before. Published in Nature Communications, the longitudinal study was carried out among 870 adults from the UK and 95 from the US.
