Flexibility: a must-have

Fifty-five per cent of UK working parents would consider leaving their current role for a more flexible one, finds research by Working Families and SF Recruitment. The poll of 992 parents in August found that only 31% would apply for a role that didn’t advertise flexible options. Flexibility was a top priority for 66% of working parents, and 30% said they worked in roles below their skill level for greater flexibility.
