Artificial intelligence (AI) coaching can help people attain their goals but not enhance resilience and psychological wellbeing, finds a randomised controlled trial longitudinal study. The researchers investigated the ability of Vici, a goal-attainment AI chatbot coach, to improve goal attainment, psychological wellbeing and resilience, and reduce the perceived stress of people.
