LET’S ‘CALL IN’ BIAS RATHER THAN SHAMING OTHERS

When faced with biases, we should consider an alternative to ‘calling out’ the behaviour: ‘calling in’ is a more compassionate, inclusive, coaching-style approach, said Christopher McAuliffe, ICF MCC, CEO and founder, Accomplishment Coaching.
