Hourly rates for executive and business coaches have risen since 2015, as have their annual earnings, but hourly rates for life or personal coaches have remained unchanged for three years, and their annual earnings are sharply down over the last two years (see box), according to the 13th annual Sherpa Executive Coaching Survey of around 700 coaches worldwide.
