The proportion of organisations investing in workplace wellbeing initiatives generally has risen from 36% to 42%, according to a survey by Aon Employee Benefits. With good reason: 68% of employers highlighted stress and mental health-related illnesses within their workforce, compared to 55% last year. Aon’s Benefits and Trends Survey 2018 also reveals the proportion of employers offering health and wellbeing apps to staff has increasing from 21% to 48% this year.
